In-Store Pickup
Make your purchase online and select Customer Pickup at Retail Store before visiting. Your online orders for pick up will be at our retail store, not at our warehouse location (unless it is a large raw material or clay order). You will receive an email with your receipt once your order is placed. It is recommended to bring a copy of your receipt when you pick up your item(s) at our retail store.
When can I pick up my order?
Once your order is received, give us approximately 2 hours (Monday-Friday) to get your order together and ready for you to pick it up.
Note: For large orders and raw materials, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be prepared for pick up. Large clay and raw material orders will be at our warehouse location.
Orders for equipment such as: Kilns, Pottery Wheels, Slab Rollers, etc. have a pickup cut off time of 2:30 PM. These items will have to be picked up at our warehouse location on 125 Ben Abi Rd. Spartanburg, SC.
Our retail location is located at: 310 Gossett Rd. Spartanburg, SC.
Orders placed late in the day:
If your order was placed after 3 PM Monday-Thursday, it will be ready for you to pick up the next business day. Orders placed after 3 PM Friday will be ready on Monday..

Please let us know by putting the person’s name in the comments section when you place the order or call us to let us know the name of the person that will be picking up your order.
If an item is out of stock
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you either by phone or email to let you know.
Retail store inventory may vary from in stock items listed on the website. We will not be able to pull items from the warehouse on Saturdays.
***Pickup orders will be held for 7 business days. Unclaimed orders will be restocked and refunded if paid.***

*Equipment 8:30 AM -2:30 PM

Monday-Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 3 PM
Office/ Warehouse Hours:
Mon – Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
